4. After a 20-week cooling off period, we’ll apply for the conditional order of divorce provided that your spouse has acknowledged the application during this period and hasn’t disputed the divorce
5. Depending on what stage you have reached in respect of your financial settlement, we can apply for the final order of divorce once six weeks has elapsed from the date of your conditional order
6. The final order is confirmation that your marriage/civil partnership has been dissolved.
